Prime Time rates and fees are for rentals occurring from Friday to Sunday.
Nonprime Time rates and fees are for rentals occurring from Monday to Thursday.
Special rates and fees are available for certain occasions.
Rates include:

- Use of kitchen space and main appliances - Portable screen
- Podium & microphone - Stage - Sound system
Extra services are available at cost (see Service section below).
To hold your booking date, we require a booking deposit of $100 that is due within two weeks of your booking reservation.
A damage deposit of $400 is required for all liquor related bookings and must be received 14 days prior to rental date.
Table and chair set up is the responsibility of the lessee unless other arrangements are negotiated. A reasonable amount of clean up is required of the lessee.
$25/hour for ongoing meetings with annual contract.
Location determined by size of group and availability of space.
Weddings, Wedding Socials & Bridal Showers
Free space for bridal shower or gift opening.
Book your wedding and your social with us to receive free bridal shower or
gift opening space.
Community Events
$150/day – E.g. Xmas Tree Lighting, Blood Donor Clinics, Flu Clinics, etc.
Consider the Centre an event sponsor. Community Event Sponsorship Form
must be submitted and approved.
Community Programs
$15/hr for ongoing programs with annual contract.
Use the Centre for your regular programs or ongoing activities.
Multiple Day Bookings

Take 25% off your daily rate for each consecutive day after the first (i.e.
2nd, 3rd, 4th days)

Bartender Services
$10/hour/bartender
Certified bartenders are mandatory in all functions when liquor is
involved. Two bartenders are needed for functions with up to 300 people.
Three bartenders are required for more than 300 people. The Centre will
coordinate bartenders for you.

The
Centre will run the bar for your function at no cost to you. $3.00 for beer
or liquor. Coolers, wine and .5 drinks available.
Pre-mix (pop)
$40/40 pound tank
Centre pre-mix must be used by renters.
Pre-mix Service (pop)
$10/hour/certified pre-mix volunteer
In
addition to the cost of pre-mix, a trained person must provide this
service. The Centre can provide someone for a low cost or can train the
customer to operate.
Canteen Service
No
charge
The
Centre will run the canteen for your function at no cost to you and
reasonable prices for customers.
Service Staff

The
Centre will organize someone to help with your event (i.e. busing tables,
working canteen, washing dishes, etc.)
Kitchen Supplies

Wine glasses @ $0.50/ea
Place settings and wine glasses are available to rent. Dishwashing is the
responsibility of the renter. Renter is responsible for breakage.
Coffee Services
$12.50/pot (small pot system) or $0.75/cup (30 or 100 cup system)
Includes coffee maker, coffee, Styrofoam cups, and sugar and coffee
whitener.
Wristbands
$0.06 each
Wristbands are required for all liquor related functions. Purchase from the
Centre.
Security
Price is dependent on event. Price quotes available upon request.
Security is required for all liquor related functions with the exception of
weddings. The Centre hires security and charges the Lessee for actual cost.
